Collective Action Lawsuit Filed Against Nashville Electric Service

Our firm has filed a Fair Labor Standards Act collective action lawsuit against Nashville Electric Service on behalf of all Supervisors who have worked for NES at any time since December 4, 2017. This lawsuit seeks overtime pay for the five hours of “Professional Time” (from hours 40-45 each week) that NES does not pay its Supervisors.
